Ginger certainly meets this definition! Donnie, Marci, KC and Bernard have put their energy into researching the plant family Zingiberaceae and are going to share their findings with you about Ginger and a few of its relatives. Copies of their presentation will be available at the meeting, and a few copies of the IHA Herb of the Year 2023 book on Ginger will be available for sale. All materials will be first come, first served.
